As the business continues to embark upon an ambitious expansion program, the latest venture sees Software Systems entering Indonesia. Having already undertaken work in China, Botswana, Turkey and Morocco, Indonesia is the latest addition to the ever-growing list of countries and opportunities for the company. Indonesian based organisation PDT employs around 4000 staff and is in the business of producing shirts for high-street giant Marks and Spencer.
Software Systems are currently in the process of installing its leading edge Operator Performance System (OPS) - a bespoke system designed to measure operator, line, section and factory performances etc, within medium to large organisations, this gives management accurate decision making daily information on performance, skills, efficiency, utilisation and productivity.
The system not only monitors the individual but also takes into account the variation of operational tasks being carried out throughout the factory for example; the system can monitor the performance and productivity of individuals or teams who may be working on a specific clothing line.
Software Systems is looking forward to working closely with PDT to ensure their solution can be used to increase productivity and efficiency within the company.
