Advanced Reporting

This system is capable of the following.

Product File:

  • Interface with the design register;
  • Ability to contain any product data ranging from 'Metal Works' to 'Catering';
  • Product Sales History on screen format - view any date, month or year.

Bill of Materials (BOM):

  • Allows BOM profiles for individual product and sets (own packaging);
  • These can be amended, copied and delete subject to the specification of the BOM profile and referential integrity;
  • Packaging profiles for sets override other packaging for costing etc.

Costing:

  • Define selling costs and standard prices for all products and history of price amendments;
  • Specific accrual periods within the manufacturing system;
  • Standard prices for all raw materials - password protected;
  • Change in Purchase costs - analysis of margins for products using raw stock codes.

Budget Forecasting:

  • By status, i.e. either import from country of origin, internal or UK sourced;
  • Comparison of forecast against sales on a monthy/weekly basis with costs, sales and margin analysis;
  • Budgets can be amended and set up on a customer basis.
